Exhibitor: € 2 400 (20% VAT included) for one person on-site, participation for 5 days and advertising. Any additional staff must register as regular conference participants (full registration), after may, 15th, late registration € 2800 (20% VAT included).
Includes:
- A single place for the conference attendance (includes lunches, coffee breaks, conference diner and social events for the participants).
- Exposition table as well as an exhibition space (limited at 12m²) in the coffee break space is dedicated to your company for the conference duration

For your registration, if you have submitted an abstract, you must enter the abstract submission number corresponding to your request for an oral or poster presentation. This number xxxxxx is the one you received by email after submitting your abstract:
