Registration fees and procedureRegistration fees :
Both include the conference venue, coffee breaks, 5 lunches, the welcome reception in front of the cathedral, a scientific and tourist day on the Normandy coast (Wednesday, July 8) ending with the conference dinner, an outdoor poster session, a guided walking tour of the city of Rouen, and a laboratory visit (Friday, July 10, afternoon). -Accompanying visitors € 220 (10% VAT included) including the welcome reception in front of the cathedral, a day of sightseeing on the Normandy coast with the delegation (Wednesday, July 8) ending with the conference dinner, and a guided walking tour of the city of Rouen. -Sponsor: € 1400 (20% VAT included): sponsorship opportunities. -Exhibitor: € 2,400 (20% VAT included)for on-site participation for 5 days and advertising. Any additional staff must register as regular conference participants (full registration).
