Registration fees and procedure

Registration fees :

-Full registration: € 600 (10% VAT included), after may 15th, late registration  € 750 (10% VAT included)

-Student registration: € 450 (10% VAT included),  after may 15th, late registration  € 600 (10% VAT included)

 -Exhibitor: € 2 400 (20% VAT included) for one person on-site, participation for 5 days and advertising. Any additional staff must register as regular conference participants (full registration), after may, 15th, late registration  € 2800 (20% VAT included)

Both include:

• Conference kit
• Admission to all sessions throughout the conference
• Admission to the exhibition area throughout the conference
• Coffee breaks
• Lunches throughout the 5 days conference
• Welcome reception and registration on (sunday July 5th, 05 to 10 pm), Pedestrian guided tour and a concert of cathedral carillons
• Official opening reception at the town hall (Monday July 6th, 6 pm)
• A scientific and tourist day on the Normandy coast  with the delegation ending with the conference dinner (Wednesday July 8th, 08:00 to 23:00) include two invited speaker presentation
• External poster session for cocktail hour (Thursday July 9th, 6 pm)
• CORIA Lab tour (Friday July 10th pm)

 -Sponsor: € 1 200 (20% VAT included): sponsorship opportunities, after may, 15th, late registration  € 1500 (20% VAT included)

-Accompanying visitors € 220 (20% VAT included) including the welcome reception in front of the cathedral, a day of sightseeing on the Normandy coast with the delegation (Wednesday, July 8) ending with the conference dinner, and a guided walking tour of the city of Rouen with cathedral carillon concert, after may, 15th, late registration  € 300 (20% VAT included)
